Klarity is a marketplace: you “choose from a growing list of licensed, board-certified providers” and can get “an appointment in as little as 24 hours.” Its most useful disclosure is also its bluntest — “providers on Klarity Health are independent practitioners with clinical autonomy; a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is not guaranteed.”
That sentence is worth more than it looks. Most services in this research imply that signing up leads to a prescription; Klarity states plainly that it does not, which is both more honest and a better description of how prescribing should work.
On cost it is candid about what it cannot control. For Saxenda it quotes “$1,430 for a pack of 5 pens” as the average retail price without insurance and notes “there’s no generic — less costly — version available.” It accepts major insurances, cash-pay, and HSA and FSA — making it the third service here to confirm tax-advantaged payment.
One thing the page does not mention: Novo Nordisk has announced it is discontinuing Saxenda, with last shipments to wholesalers in late January 2027. At $1,430 a pack with no generic and a wind-down under way, this is a poor molecule to start on now.
