Zappy Health review
Compounded and branded GLP-1 pathways with prepaid starter offers, separate branded-medication charges and a tracking-number refund cutoff.
Overview
Zappy Health’s price comparison needs more than its lowest headline. The compounded-product pages distinguish monthly plans from three- and six-month prepaid packages, while the branded pathway has a separate care fee and medication cost. We checked its public pricing, product, pharmacy and refund pages on October 15, 2026.
Our assessment is that the product-specific totals offer a useful basis for comparison, but the broad pricing FAQ and older comparison chart should not override those details. We did not complete enrollment, verify new-patient acceptance, test a medication or measure the advertised support. Public marketing results are not treated as independently established clinical outcomes.
Medications and supply
Zappy distinguishes compounded products from branded medication and says it is not the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer. FDA does not approve compounded drugs or evaluate their safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing. Ask for the exact product and dispensing pharmacy rather than treating all GLP-1 programs as one interchangeable purchase.

How the service works
- Consultation
- The site describes provider review of an online assessment followed by prescribing when appropriate. Product packages advertise monthly virtual visits. We did not test appointment availability or establish a guaranteed time to a clinical decision.
- Eligibility
- The product FAQs advertise U.S. availability except Hawaii; the general pricing FAQ says availability varies by state and treatment. Confirm current eligibility and new-patient acceptance directly before relying on a program listing.
- Provider involvement
- Licensed-provider evaluation and ongoing care are advertised. The site’s AI assistant is a separate feature and should not be mistaken for the prescribing clinician.
- Lab requirements
- Not stated in the sources we checked.
- Pharmacy fulfilment
- The current partner-pharmacy page names Hallandale Pharmacy. This does not establish that it fills every prescription or constitute our independent licensing or product-quality check.
- Shipping
- Multi-month compounded packages say all vials ship together and the total is billed once. This affects both the upfront commitment and the refund question. Ask the pharmacist about the actual label and storage requirements; do not infer usable duration from a package name alone.
- Support services
- Product pages advertise monthly virtual visits, an AI assistant and customer support. The broader pricing page lists additional coaching and wellness features, but its comparison chart is dated September 1, 2025. Confirm which services are included and available now.
What it costs
| Item | Published price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide, monthly | $249 per month | Product-page all-dose monthly option. |
| Semaglutide, three-month starter | $477 upfront | Advertised as $159/month equivalent for qualifying new users. |
| Semaglutide, other prepaid plans | $687 for three months; $1,254 for six months | Product-page totals; verify selected plan. |
| Tirzepatide, monthly | $349 per month | — |
| Tirzepatide, three-month starter | $837 upfront | Advertised as $279/month equivalent for qualifying new users. |
| Tirzepatide, other prepaid plans | $987 for three months; $1,794 for six months | — |
| Branded prescribing care | $99 monthly care plan | Medication is billed separately; manufacturer and pharmacy charges require a current quote. |
- Membership fee
- The compounded program cards say no separate membership fee. The branded pathway separately lists a $99 monthly care charge.
- Medication fee
- Compounded product pages describe medication packages, while the general pricing FAQ broadly says medication is separate. Obtain a product-specific written total. We have not independently reverified the manufacturer-price estimates embedded in Zappy’s branded cards.
- Insurance
- The compounded pages describe direct-pay access. Branded insurance pathways are separately advertised; coverage and prior authorization are not guaranteed.
- HSA / FSA
- HSA/FSA eligibility is advertised. Confirm your account’s requirements and the actual invoice.
- Cancellation
- Submit written cancellation or account-change requests to customer@zappyhealth.com. The policy offers pausing future charges and shipments when an existing order can no longer be refunded.
- Refunds
- The policy permits a cancellation/refund request before pharmacy processing. If a paid order has entered the shipping stage but no tracking number has been assigned, it describes a $30 pharmacy restocking deduction. Once a tracking number is generated or assigned, it says no refund can be issued. Tracking assignment can occur before delivery, so an undelivered order is not automatically refundable.
Pros
- Product pages give both prepaid totals and monthly equivalents.
- A public pharmacy list and order-stage refund policy are available.
Cons
- The general pricing FAQ does not clearly distinguish medication-inclusive compounded packages from branded care fees.
- Prepaid packages ship together, and the refund cutoff can occur at tracking-number assignment.
Who it may suit
A reader comparing monthly compounded care with prepaid packages or a separate branded-prescribing pathway. Compare the complete current quote and usable clinical support, rather than treating the $99 care fee as the price of medication.
Limitations
- We did not verify clinic outcomes, the weight-loss calculator, pharmacy licenses or comparative savings claims.
- The pricing-page source contained an enrollment-pause notice that was not visible in our rendered page check. We therefore did not establish that enrollment is either paused or open; confirm acceptance directly.
- This review does not validate optional wellness services or establish a personal treatment recommendation.
Questions
Is $159 semaglutide a one-month purchase?
The product page ties it to a $477 prepaid three-month starter package. Its separate monthly offer is $249.
Is a shipment refundable until it arrives?
No. The published policy says no refund after a tracking number has been generated or assigned, which can happen before delivery.
