How this list is ordered

Almost every ranking of GLP-1 services you will find scores things like “clinical quality” and “customer support” from the outside, which is not possible. What can be checked from the outside is disclosure: does the company tell you what you will pay in total, does it say what is in the vial, and does it answer the questions a buyer needs answered before handing over a card.

So that is what this ranks. A provider that publishes a complete price ladder and states its refund terms sits above one with a lower headline number and nothing else, because the first is a knowable purchase and the second is not.

   The only service that publishes the whole ladder — membership at $49/month, then every medication priced separately at every plan length, brand-name and compounded side by side. It also says plainly that it cannot accept insurance, rather than implying it might.

What none of these lists can tell you

• ◆How fast anyone replies when side effects start at the weekend.
• ◆Whether the dose escalation is genuinely supervised or effectively automatic.
• ◆What happens to your prescription when the pharmacy has no stock.
• ◆How hard the cancellation flow actually is once you are inside it.

Those are the things that decide whether a service is any good, and none of them are verifiable from a website. Treat any ranking that claims to score them — including one with a confident number attached — with suspicion.
