The cheapest GLP-1 programmes, with the memberships added back in

Advertised prices in this market routinely exclude a mandatory fee. Here is the same list with the fees added back, which reorders it substantially.

The headline is not the price

Four of the cheapest-looking services in this research charge a separate mandatory membership. Adding it back changes the order of the list, and in one case nearly triples the advertised figure.

Nurx’s $94 entry is metformin, not a GLP-1. It is included because it is the cheapest verified weight-management prescription in this research, and the comparison matters.

    NovoCare Pharmacy (Wegovy)

The honest way to budget is to take the maintenance dose price, add every mandatory fee, and multiply by twelve. On the manufacturer-direct route that is roughly $5,400 a year for tirzepatide at the top tier. On the cheapest verified compounded route it is roughly $2,000. Neither is the number on the landing page.

Questions

What is the cheapest GLP-1 overall?

Found publishes $99/month for compounded GLP-1s but does not disclose whether visits cost extra, so the cheapest total you can actually confirm is Mochi Health at about $139/month all-in, with Alloy next at $169. For an FDA-approved product it is the NovoCare Wegovy pill at $149/month, which has no membership at all but requires you to bring a prescription.

Is there a genuinely free option?

Not for a GLP-1. Nurx lists several oral weight-management medications as low as $0/month with insurance, but those are not GLP-1s, and its $79/month care fee is cash-pay regardless.

Do prices go up as the dose goes up?

Usually. Lilly’s published ladder runs $299 at 2.5 mg to $449 at 7.5 mg and above. Sesame’s Wegovy pill goes $149 for lower doses to $299 for higher ones. Budget for the maintenance dose, not the starting one.
